Betsy C. Thelen, a partner in the Corporate & Securities practice group, is a 14-year veteran of advising clients on the structuring and re-structuring of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, issues relating to joint ventures, as well as the review and negotiation of business contracts. Betsy represents a variety of clients, from entrepreneurs and family investment offices to middle market privately-held businesses and large public companies. After having gained in-house experience with a major litigation funder, Betsy also advises litigation funders as well as litigants negotiating their financing transactions with litigation funders.
