I'm managing and growing the Retail and Hospitality Credential Initiative. This includes partnering with various stakeholders within the industry, maintaining and building those partnerships, growing the Credential Engine's reach and its inventory on the Registry.

I was responsible for supporting the creation of the RISE Up credential portfolio, which included four credential programs- both training programs in virtual and classroom format and assessment exams. The day to day operations included vendor management, running pilot case studies, content review and updates, and customer service to support candidates.

Co-founded and managed education and entertainment company geared toward senior living communities. In charge of business development, developing core curriculum and programs in various disciplines for senior living communities and responsible for training staff with this curriculum.
