CurrentBleBluBla is a new category of company for Talent Marketplaces. We convert the existing opaque, text-driven, manual processes into a data-based, software-driven, scalable process to connect everyone with all content related to what you do for work, always. We are a low-cost pay-per-hire solution for employers. We are also a way for candidates to build a meaningful and machine-readable reputation that enables us to confidently recommend them above other candidates. For candidates, we are like a credibility FICO score for employment. What sets us apart is:1. We charge for outcomes, not advertising. We do this to capture outcome feedback at multiple points, such as if someone is hired, because the feedback enables data-driven identification of cause and effect. For example, if I pay X, what will the impact be on filling this position?2. Our goal is to share the feedback at the marketplace level so we can find the most compelling opportunities for someone to move ahead with their career and their objectives. In other words, we're built as an agent for your career that only gets your attention when we find something really compelling as you define compelling for your current situation.3. We are built to specifically and dramatically increase network effects. Existing solutions like agencies, jobs boards, advertising and corporate TA groups are built to decrease network effects, usually at the point they monetize.4. We create meaningful structured data from unstructured data related to work, like job descriptions and resumes, using our own very large, open, repository of terms. This is very much like a Wikipedia built specifically for content related to work. 5. Our goal is to openly find the most compelling opportunities that exist for candidates. We learn from that and enable our client businesses to always be aware of, and become, those compelling opportunities.
