We create meaningful structured data from unstructured data related to work, like job descriptions and resumes, using our own very large, open, repository of terms. This is very much like a Wikipedia built specifically for content related to work. 5. Our goal is to openly find the most compelling opportunities that exist for candidates. We learn from that and enable our client businesses to always be aware of, and become, those compelling opportunities.
