Having over 11 years of experience in dealing with licensing and gaming applications I have a thorough understanding of licensing law and have built up an excellent rapport with my clients, intermediaries and authorities. As well as preparing and submitting your licensing applications I can also negotiate with responsible authorities and residents to attempt to mediate any objections to your application without the need for a hearing.

I am currently working within the Licensing, Gaming and Regulatory Department at Mincoffs Solicitors. I deal primarily in designated premises supervisor variations, transfer of premises licence applications (including large portfolio transfers for administrators), personal licence applications, temporary events notices, IAN's, notification of interest, gaming machine permits minor variations, variation of premises licences and new premises licence applications.
