Beverly is a Colorado Native, born in Pueblo, Colorado. She has been living in Colorado Springs since 1966 and has seen many changes to this city over the years.She started working in the loan origination business because she wanted to make a difference in the knowledge that many people needed when it came to purchasing their first home. Beverly has worked in Community Services for the City of Colorado Springs and the Housing Authority for the City of Colorado Springs for 9 years assisting the elderly, low income, disabled, and First Time Homebuyers. She has seen first hand, how education is needed and how she could contribute her expertise. Her clients become educated and feel comfortable with making the right decisions for their mortgage needs. For the past 22 years she has specialized in Emerging Markets and worked closely with Non profits. Beverly sat on the lender Advisory Board for The Colorado Housing and Finance Authority for 6 years and has contributed her time and assistance to many other non profits in Colorado. Growing up in Colorado, she loves the outdoors. When not helping her clients she is fishing, camping or spending good quality time with her family and Golden Retriever. Beverly has expanded her knowledge in many different types of loan programs such as VA, FHA, Conventional, Jumbo and New Construction, to compliment her expertise in the First Time Homebuyer programs.
