I am the Global Operations Director supporting the US Talent Acquisition process. In my role I ensure alignment on GBS services that support the recruiting process. I have been with PepsiCo since 1995. I spent the first 12 years of my career in the Frito-Lay R&D department working as Process Engineer. I transitioned to Human Resources in 2007 as the Staffing Manager for R&D. I have a BS and a MS degree in Chemical Engineering from Tuskegee University and The Johns Hopkins University, respectively. I also have an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Dallas. As an Empty Nester I am able to travel internationally in my current role and enjoy my young adult children when they return home from college.
