The Zuckerberg Institute's Post Pandemic Taskforce is a foundation for highly motivated High School students to improve an industry greatly disrupted by COVID-19. The student team assembled works to come up with innovative solutions and support local businesses facing closure due to the pandemic. Sunrise Day Camp strives to bring the simple joys of childhood to children struggling with cancer. Months of loneliness and isolation are flipped into summers full of happiness and laughter. Sunrise accepts campers from ages 3 to 16 years old completely free of charge.-Coached underprivileged children regarding the value of teamwork, confidence and leadership. -Emphasized the theme of acceptance: Teaching the children to change their perspective in order to positively view their own and others' illnesses and impairments.-Improved the kids' overall camp experience through effective measures such as personalized interactions and ease of access for the campers
