the fair traveller is a not-for-profit association and a community based online platform to add, review and find #fairspots : sustainable places taking environmental or social actions. Concrete solutions of the real life are taken as reference to exchange and co-create what is sustainability in the tourism sector.I have been leading the development and the team building since the beginning, and was challenged by multiple topics I didn't know before, like product development and communication with very little ressources.With bootstrap mindset, we launched our community platform first in Switzerland and then worldwide, with a fully participative bottom-up approach.

BUYECO was one of the first brokerage platform for trading of renewable energy certificates in Switzerland. In addition, we developped complementary services for companies and electricity distributors.My role consisted in user and client aquisition and retention, market analysis and partnerships development, while working on product development and prototyping with my co-founders. For large corporate clients I was in charge of project development and environmental strategy/communication consultancy.
