Main responsibilities: searching and registering Centrica’s employees into the training courses (internal, external, e-learning, 1-2-1).E-mail and phone help and support, mediating between the trainees and the course suppliers, interviewing the trainees regarding course requirements, finding the course that meets the expectations, sending course details and booking proposals, taking care of excellent information flow, arranging documentation, booking forms and payments promptly, buying course materials and e-learning licenses.Supporting in urgent situations: rescheduling and cancelling the courses.Coordinating long-term training project for newcomers – keeping track of the attendance list, monitoring and updating database with the training progress, arranging payments.

Main responsibilities: providing phone support for the employees of British internationally recognized gas company regarding HR procedures, policies, and documentation (including remuneration, bonuses, annual leave, pension, insurance), explaining and navigating through HR online system (Workday).

Main responsibilities: conducting holiday-related interviews with the customers, searching for holiday offers for families and groups concerning their preferences, preparing descriptive holiday offers, searching for transfer offers according to the individual need of a customer, direct and e-mail customer service, holiday destination consulting, searching for last minute offers, verifying and monitoring the currency of advertisement posters and catalogues with holiday offers, segregating folders, conducting marketing campaigns, archiving contracts, keeping the office clean and tidy.
