I work with Ecovis on a retained basis as a freelance designer; providing them with creative support to boost their visual marketing, to increase engagement from both inside and outside the company and help drive their business forward. As well as graphic design projects, this also includes taking headshots for existing staff and newcomers, capturing photographic memories of their social events and away days and from time-to-time producing promotional videos - location videos, case study interviews etc.Their Marketing team and I work closely together to hone their brand, it's both a professional and bespoke service where I’m basically their friendly go-to for all things creative. I’m always happy to discuss ideas they might have, as well as problem solve anything that may need fixing or just something they hope to do, but don’t yet know how to do it.I redesigned Ecovis’ website and it launched in 2022. This was a project that I spent a significant amount of time working closely with them on, creating the functionality that they needed and designing something that moved them forward, away from the ‘typical’ accountancy firms and gave them a fresh look. As always, finding that balance between form and function was really important, it couldn’t just look good, it had to provide value to the user. Working with Ecovis on a monthly basis also means that I’m able to continue to make tweaks for them as needed, hone the website and ensure that it provides the most benefit for the moving forward.I am currently developing a their brand new employee Intranet - making the most of Sharepoint and its seamless integration with their Microsoft 365 suite - striking a balance between being a resource for important internal files as well as a place for employees to interact and learn about what's going on in the firm.
