Owned product strategy, accelerated time-to-market, and successfully expanded the product line to diversify revenue streams.

Conceived, and successfully convinced executives to adopt a new a new AI/ML product to programmatically identify and track energy savings opportunities at customer buildings. That resulted in energy cost savings and reduced staff hours for our customers. The product replaced all manual internal consulting services and allowed us to establish a faster onboarding-to-value experience.
