 My role is to check the quality of data processed by the RAs to ensure whether all the long-term debt components are correctly captured, analyzed and there are no leftovers  Provide day-to-day guidance to the associates on conceptual, operational and technical issues relevant to the process Preparing the Production Flow and Quality Check Statistical Reports on a daily basis and submitting the same to the Team Leader Attention to details during quality check review of the associates production as per the process norms Error Analysis to conduct brush-up sessions based on production errors and to give process updates and feedback Preparing presentations and reports on teams performance and communicating the same to the TL and AM Provide intellectual inputs, motivation, guidance to the Team Addressing and attending the Team Meets along with Assistant Manager, Team Leader and fellow team-mates to discuss team issues to improve the Quality and Performance of the Team

 The extensive research includes the Long-term Debt collection from annual reports, quarterly reports, prospectus, registration forms, current reports, credit agreements and the data available on the SEC website Segregating the long-term debt according to the predefined parameters based on seniority levels so as to convey the investor a clear picture of Long-term Debt  Processing the data on our standardized codes, procedures, formats and entering the same into Production Tool, to provide the end user about periodic debt details Work collaboratively in partnership with other teammates to develop a deep understanding of the process needs Processing the annual reports for procuring long-term debt details with the help of Investment Banking platform called IB Central Gain knowledge of industry dynamics across all verticals through the use of technology tools and other creative means Involved in driving improvements in the business processes via standard research analysis

 My job profile includes developing the financial database by analysing the financial statements of listed companies on NYSE, AMEX, ASX, NASDAQ and other Global Stock Exchanges. Undertake an analysis of the Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash-Flow statements to procure the information pertaining to company's shares, stock-benefit schemes, employee stock options, stock warrants, stock based compensation related issues and then process them  Primary concentration will be on procuring the information in the areas of Stock Options, Warrants and stock based compensation and their impact on the net profit and share capital. Generating weekly and monthly production flow statistical reports and also include in my job profile, is to suggesting our R&D department relating to policy related issues
