Key Responsibilities-- Creates and maintains price lists for products- Prepare, reviews and books customer order/ revisions to order.- Performs customer handover meetings after order intake to ensure division of responsibilities clearly understood.- Interfaces with factory and product/marketing groups to resolve configurations and technical changes.- Manages logistics of order delivery and ensures timely shipment/billing of equipment.- Adheres to PM standards and business conduct guidelines.- Coordinates overall planning of the projects and decides on allocation resources. Cooperates with all involved stakeholders on both customer side and Siemens sales or logistics organisation.- Intervene on the technical and commercial preparation of the offers, which implies the good understanding of the customers request and the technical specifications.- working closely with sales, order administration and project managers from other departments.

-Responsible for sales & Marketing of Service & Product Business for HV products which includes supply of GIS, Power transformer, CB, Instrument transformers, wave traps, CT, CVT & Spare Parts - Accessories, Field Service activities, Retrofit, Refurbishment, Modifications, uprating, Extensions, Planned Maintenance and Inspection, Reactive Maintenance and Repairs, O&M, Project Services and Digital Services in Western region.- Performing activities in sales including Preparation of offers, tende activity, pre bid agreement activity, Business Development activities, Customer Presentations, Spec- in for competitive advantages. Push and market latest digital services portfolios viz. switchgear monitoring and Asset Management solutions.- Maintaining Excellent Customer Relationship Management through Continual Meeting, Technical Presentations, Webinars, Cold Calls, Visits.- Business Development Activities- Spec-In Activities, Pre-Bid Agreements, Promotion of New Products- Project Management, Order Management, Service Management, Collection Management

- Handling order execution for North & Easte region as well as engineering work.-Interacting with the clients and understanding their requirements effectively.- Preparation of complete project documentation of HV SF6 Circuit breaker Including Electrical Scheme / General Arrangement / Single Line Diagram / Bill of Material for HV Switchgear Panels (66 kV to 765 kV) according to customer specifications.- Executing orders in line with planned cost and time schedule, risks, claims, profitability Improvements.-Visiting Customers’ place for drawings approval/technical discussion.
