CurrentField Experience (1)Responsibility:I am leading the general shift maintenance activities of the cogeneration plant by proper planning, coordination with external agencies.Planning of day to day maintenance activities and executing the same for the following power plant equipments.Maintenance of 87 ATA, 100 TPH, 515±5®C, IJT make travelling grate boiler and its auxiliariesMaintenance of 18.55 MW BHEL make Turbo generator and its auxiliariesMaintenance of 78 TPH Paharpur make Air cooled condenser and its auxiliaries.Maintenance of 60 TPH fuel handling conveyor systems and its auxiliaries.Maintenance of 60 TPH boiler fuel feeding systems.Maintenance of Boiler pneumatic ash handling systems.Maintenance of 2 x 600 CFM and 4 X 250CFM compressors.Maintenance of boiler fans, pumps, traveling grate etc.Maintenance of turbine lube oil pumps, Fans etc.Maintenance of cooling towers and its auxiliaries.Preparation of preventive maintenance schedule for the power plant equipments.Spare planning for running maintenance and shutdown maintenance.Preparation of daily work list report.Records all plant/auxiliaries servicing data.Actively involved in machine (auto cad) drawing for all auxiliaries both in sugar and power plant.User Knowledge in SAP. Field Experience (1)Worked as mechanical maintenance in charge for workshop.Responsibility:Spare planning for running maintenance and shutdown maintenance.Coordinating with purchase department for purchase of spares.Maintaining the history cards for all pumps.Preparation of Daily work list report.Arranging materials for services.; as a designer machine drawing in CAD for power plant auxiliaries(silencer).Responsibility Check the drawings and filling the same.Visit various vendor workshops to get the details.Preparation of machine drawing in AutoCAD and fulfill the vendors requirements.
