Over the years, I have played an active role in legacy modernization, conversion and digital transformation journeys for the Insurance clients across the globe. I have also been involved in bringing best practices and automation in the client eco-systems and Operational improvements (building Robotic Process Automation).My role spans across complete life cycle of an IT initiative right from pre-sales/business assessment, proposal, contractual negotiation, detailed planning, executing the plan, ensuring delivery and managing internal/external stakeholders to obtain acceptance/sign-offs.
