Job Profile:* Collect component requirements, define technical & product validation test requirements for hardware component & conduct technical review with suppliers.* Interface to the manufacturing for corrective actions & assembly guidelines.* Interface to SQE to participate in PPAP activities & buyer for commercial discussions with the supplier.* End to end electronics product development for automotive industry such as HMI modules, switch modules, steering wheel switches, lighting modules, sensor units, hand & foot throttle, joysticks, keypads, armrest console and other ECUs etc.* Expert in illumination topics like led selection, intensity & color bin analysis & measurement from LumiCam. * Excellent knowledge in Circuit Designing, Worst case Circuit Analysis, Power Analysis, Board Bring-up, Debugging and Testing. * Proficient in all the phases of Hardware Development Life Cycle & complete product development including requirements analysis, component selection, design, development, system integration, Agile PLM, IBM DOORS, testing and documentation.* Functionality and performance testing, thermal & environmental testing, EMI/EMC testing.* Hands on experience in various communication protocols (LIN, SPI, I2C).* Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, clients and suppliers.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
