 Direct Interaction with CEO & COO of the company regarding Recruitment Activities. Responsible for Full life Cycle of Recruitment and Selection (junior level to senior level). Independently Handling requirement given by the HR Manager and Program Managers. Mobilizing human resources through various means such as Consultants, References and existing databank, Internet sourcing and all Job portals and ERP resumes. Initial scrutiny of the bio-data, screening the candidates through telephonic and personal interviews, testing their subject knowledge, skills and to assess the confidence level, communication skills, attitude and overall appearance. Arranging face-to-face interviews of the candidates from Technical Teams. Holding discussions, understanding the requirements (tech-non tech) in retrospect of the candidate’s profile, job description and salary payable for different skill sets till the final joining. Handling Online/Offline queries of the candidates. Vendor Management. Negotiate salary with candidates, Confirming CTC and issue offer & appointment letters.  Interview junior and middle levels, and facilitate interviews for senior level positions Handling a team of 3 recruiters. Looking for PAN India requirements.
