Exum Mountain Guides is the mainstay of my working world. It's based out of Jackson WY and offers a vast array of skiing and climbing objectives for those keen on seeking mountain sport. In 2014 I was chosen to be the Chief Guide of this prestigious company (there are only 2 of us in a service of nearly 70 guides). In the ranks of this company, given it's history of over 80 years, this position is a sort of lifetime achievement award from my perspective and I am both hoping and driving myself to live up to what I see as the level of professionalism warranted by this new position.

The CGC has permits to a number of awesome climbing and skiing venues across North America. They also open the door for independent guides to work overseas I a fully professional and world class fashion. I joined in 2013 and this offers me the ability to respectfully guide virtually anywhere that someone would want to travel.

What can I say that hasn't already been said? It's Jackson Hole Wyoming and it's an amazing ski area. If you like to ski and haven't been, you NEED to. If you have been hear, by all means ski out the gate into the side country and see the rest of the place.
