Serve as a Senior Loan Officer, developing and training staff to become loan officers; train staff on daily basis to maintain high level of member service provided to members. Direct the administration of sales growth and development following directives from senior management. Pool resources with other departments that interact with retail branch fostering cohesion to drive operational cohesiveness. Design and develop staff and branch schedules for daily operation and maximum efficiency.Highlights of my accomplishments: Subject Matter Expert on the redevelopment of our Loan Officer Training Program. During this tenure, I was onboarded by the executive management to the Bedford branch to restore the branch from dysfunctional scenario. Led the transformation of operations, staff, and member service to steer stability to branch activities.
