Transforming the world of Masters Swimming by cultivating and growing an awesome and dynamic coaching team across the U.S.! If you aren’t coaching a Masters Swimming club, then you need to be.For more than 35 years, Bill coached age group, collegiate, and Masters swimmers. It's where his passion lies and is why he enjoys helping young coaches transform their program into a thriving business. Bill believes in continuing education for all coaches and that the recruitment of new coaches is critical to the continued success of the organization. This drove him to develop the four levels of the U.S. Masters Swimming Coach Certification program, along with the Clinic Course for Coaches, which shows coaches how to conceptualize, organize, market, and deliver stroke development clinics.Currently, Bill provides support to the more than 1,500 USMS-registered clubs and workout groups nationwide, and helps build new programs in underserved markets, in addition to all this work done annually with USMS's club and coach services department.
