• Managed the schedules of the video editing team. Ensured all aspects of projects were approved smoothly and on time, including project localization into 8+ languages. Worked closely with other other offices worldwide, including London and Tokyo.• Lead video editor and eventually Lead producer for translation and localization of “Pokémon Presents”, including voice direction for English dubbing of the Presentations. Responsible for schedules and cross-team communication for these projects.

• Designed and produced hundreds of videos for Pokémon social media channels in multiple languages, Including game trailers, tutorials, character animation, and filmed content.• Roles included script writing, video editing, audio mixing, localization into 8+ languages, creative direction, motion graphics, and requesting gameplay footage.• Managed my own schedule and approval chain, which included social media, PR, website, localization, legal, executive, and Japan-based teams.• Shipped titles include Pokémon Sun & Moon, Pokémon Sword & Shield, and many others

This is my personal YouTube channel that I produce my own films for, sometimes in collaboration with other animators. While working full time at TPCi, I tend to not be very active on here.I work primarily with Toon Boom Harmony, Flash, and After Effects. I handle the entire production of these shorts from pre-production to a finished state. This includes: Storyboarding, Character Design and Layout, Keyframing, Inbetweening, Cleanup and Color, Sound/Voice Production, Final Editing, and all the PR work across social media websites.

- Daily routine involves leading a team of other interactive graphic designers. This assessing and delegating different ad campaigns as they arrive, critiquing their work as my team completes their tasks, and keeping track of their growth and personal goals as employees. I work with designers both local and worldwide (Russia, Vietnam, UK, Philippines)- Primarily use Flash or HTML5 to build Rich Media advertisements for many environments: webpages, in-app for mobile devices, and video pre-roll.- Also have worked with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) Ads that change based on click optimization or retargeting based on the websites a user has visited in the past.- I was in charge of the design and user experience of all of Collective's HTML5 / Mobile Ad templates, which are in use by the company now- I communicate and work with the requests of large clients such as Microsoft, Best Buy, and Ford on a daily basis. As design lead I talk directly with clients over the phone to discuss their wants and needs against any limitations they are facing, with my focus being on providing solutions to those limitations.- Campaigns are extremely diverse. I've designed and built ads under the direction of strict client brand guidelines, yet I've also run successful projects for smaller clients that give almost no direction at all.

As I made the transition from Junior to Mid-Level Designer, I started talking directly with clients more to discuss their wants and needs in comparison to whatever limitations we were facing - not to mention what my solutions to those limitations would be.In addition to Rich Media, I also started working on Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) ads.

My responsibilities included designing, planning, and building out Rich Media advertisements for websites while also helping out with our company's own branding and sales materials.

Produced animated commercial ads for various clients, ranging from Microsoft to small local clientele. Worked directly with these clients and sketched out storyboard ideas during meetings with them.

Shipped Product: Nanovor (PC / Handheld Video Game)Designed animations for different characters and creatures, added elemental/special effects to each of these (Fire, ice, explosions, etc)
