While serving in the U.S. Army Military Police Corps, Bill had assignments with Special Weapons Logistical Movement, Joint-Drug Suppression, Special Reaction Team / Sniper and Protective Service Agent in Honduras and Germany. In Civilian Law Enforcement Bill held numerous Instructor and Training Positions along with drafting departmental policies. He has served on both the Afghanistan and Haiti Presidential Protection Details and also on two Ambassador Protection Details for the DynCorp International WPPS Program. In these roles he demonstrated a strong understanding of the relevant issues associated with the daily operations of the program, and has continued to prove extremely effective at meeting the stringent requirements of the mission with strict adherence to established policies.Bill’s particular areas of expertise include strategic planning and tactical execution, team building and staff leadership, training and education, innovative problem-solving, and written and verbal communication.
