Established a golf management company to consult and advise lenders and golf course owners on their current operations.

Managed all facilities and assets of a private country club. These assets include: 27 hole golf course co‐designed by Joe Lee and Bobby Weed, driving range, two practice greens, eight tennis courts, of which four are clay courts, state of the art fitness center, Olympic size swimming pool, baby pool and snack bar, clubhouse which includes a full service lounge, dining rooms, banquet room, and special meeting rooms.

Managed all facilities and assets of a privately owned not for profit corporation owned by the members. These assets include: an 18 hole championship George Cobb design golf course, croquet court, tennis courts, heated swimming pool, 25,000 sq. ft. clubhouse containing a formal dining room that seats 200, full service food and beverage operation, grille, bar, lockers, golf shop, a separate recreation building, 8 miles of private roads, security and administration of an 850 acre complex.

Managed the construction and development of an 18‐hole golf club that was owned by an International golf course builder.

Established an investment group to purchase an existing 18‐hole country club from the Deltona Corporation, a leading realestate developer in Florida.
