These assets include: 27 hole golf course co‐designed by Joe Lee and Bobby Weed, driving range, two practice greens, eight tennis courts, of which four are clay courts, state of the art fitness center, Olympic size swimming pool, baby pool and snack bar, clubhouse which includes a full service lounge, dining rooms, banquet room, and special meeting rooms.

Managed all facilities and assets of a privately owned not for profit corporation owned by the members. These assets include: an 18 hole championship George Cobb design golf course, croquet court, tennis courts, heated swimming pool, 25,000 sq. ft. clubhouse containing a formal dining room that seats 200, full service food and beverage operation, grille, bar, lockers, golf shop, a separate recreation building, 8 miles of private roads, security and administration of an 850 acre complex.
