As Senior Designer worked in direct Engineering support for the City of Tomball, City of Brenham, HCFCD, City of Houston & supported Harris County Engineering & Montgomery County Engineering Department projects for Gunda Corporation. Projects for these municipalities included roadways, drainage & utilities, parks, alleyways and sidewalk projects primarily. Additionally, responsible for Private Site Development projects. All projects required design using various office suite software's and ACAD Civil 3d to include full plan production, quantities, cost estimates, bid documents & specifications. Attended meetings with clients, agencies for approval & to address comments, pipeline company owners and representatives including legal council, City Managers, Engineering Directors, Council Members and Building Officials, as well as ADA Officials/Inspectors. Additional projects of interest included the new Space Port's & taxiway at Ellington AFB, City of Houston WWTP expansion t0 52 MGD.

As Project Manager Site Designs, acted in a leadership role to coordinate client needs including contractual, budgetary, regulatory agency approval & permitting. Worked as Project Coordinator for client including liaison with public & private utility companies responsible for providing service to the site. Met with regulatory agencies & worked on behalf of clients, to improve relations with Inspectors & Building officials to facilitate positive results for the client before, during and after construction. Projects included the City of Conroe Municipal Courts/Police Station/911 Dispatch & SWAT complex, Montgomery County Women's Center, Flood Mitigation projects on Parking Garage buildings in the Galleria area, and assisting a client with a grading rehabilitation plan, extensive liaison efforts on behalf of the client with the City Floodplain & Building permit departments. This effort continued through construction & final approval of site rehabilitation. The main effort was to minimize costs to the client while finding results that would be acceptable to the City. Worked as Design Consultant on Public Projects aiding Colleagues in the firm including Roadway & Drainage projects in Harris County, City of Conroe, several miles of Sanitary Sewer rehab/decommissioning/extension for the City of Huntsville, Aiding the Principal & Lead Engineer on Program Management for multiple County Commissioners in Fort Bend County & assisting in supporting their Bond Elections. Assisted with several miles of Water Line design for the San Jacinto River Authority on a project to create a water source from Lake Houston with interconnections of multiple water wells.Worked in the role of Project Lead as Senior Designer IV on projects including "Safe Routes to School" Projects for the City of Huntsville, City of Conroe and the City of Houston's "Safe Sidewalk Program" to acquire approval on approximately 12 miles of sidewalks requiring a massive Preliminary Engineering Report to the City.

•Landmark Engineering, Huntsville, AL was in need of a Consultant to act as a Senior Associate, management responsibilities were in support of the Principal. Responsible for coordination of projects with other companies & reviewing authorities, Design efforts for site development of commercial, industrial, subdivisions, D.O.T. projects, Permitting, Flood Studies, assisting in the development of estimates and proposals for the production of construction plans utilizing AutoCAD versions 2007 and 2009 with C3D & LDD.•Jacobs Engineering, Greenville, SC was in need of a Senior Design Consultant. Responsible for multidisciplinary coordination, design efforts for the site development group for projects around the U.S., assisting in the development of estimates & proposals, design, drafting and review of Heavy Industrial, Chemical & Paper Pulp sites, Railway Track Alignment & Signalization designs, D.O.T. projects in numerous states utilizing MicroStation, AutoCAD versions 02, 05, 07, 08 and 09 with C3D & LDD for 3-D Modeling.•WFC Engineering & Consulting, Marietta, GA was in need of a Design Manager overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Engineering office, responsible for QA/QC, Cad Standards, Procedures, User Manual & training staff with ACAD2006 LDD & C3D. Additional duties as a Project Manager included Site Development & assisting Principal with large projects. Work included GA.D.O.T. Roadway Designs, Single Family and Commercial Site Development for office parks, Banks, Strip Centers, Medical offices, Resort & Marina Communities & Master Planning for Developments in GA, TN, NC, SC. Met with reviewing Agencies.•Development Consultants Group, Inc., Duluth, GA was in need of an Engineering Design Technician, responsible for the coordination efforts with the local reviewing agencies. Responsible for assisting in the managing and training of E.I.T.’s, Cad Technicians & Designers for the production of construction plans utilizing ACAD LDD.

As Project Coordinator for a new Land Development Design Group was responsible for the coordination efforts with the Survey Department, H&H Department, Public Works Plant Division, Geologist, Land Planners, Environmental Engineers and Pipeline Company Representatives. As a member of the Management Design Team, was responsible for training and developing design team by Mentoring E.I.T.’s, Cad Technicians and Designers utilizing Microstation and Eagle Point for 3-d Modeling as well as Cut-Fill Quantities. Assisted upper level management with administrative aspects including future personnel needs and interviewing. Served on the Employee Relations Committee as Co-chair, Eagle Point Committee, File Re-Structuring committee and an active member of the Cad User’s Group. Attended numerous seminars in an effort to further develop personal career and professional development. As the most Senior Designer in the group, provided direct support to the newly developed F.B.C. L.I.D. No. 17 Engineer, (Levee Improvement District), District Engineers for the Master Utility District and FBC MUD no. 137 & 138 , to develop these new Taxing Authorities as well as plans for the improvements for a Four Thousand acres development including the creation of Levees, a large Lake/Detention system with Wetland mitigation and Water Quality features, Major Bayous, Major Roads with Utilities, a mass grading plan for moving over Five Million cubic yards of earthwork, Preliminary Engineering Creation Reports and Tax Creation Reports with complete cost analysis. The many utilities planed included Water Well Collection Lines, Sanitary Force Mains major utility interconnects with numerous entities, analysis of the internal Storm Events as well as analyzing the Meantime workings of the Brazos River and its effects on the two high volume Storm Water Pumping Stations. Developed required supporting documents including Extreme Event Calculations and Storm Sewer/Sanitary Sewer Design databases.

Direct support of the District Engineers for the Master Utility Districts within Cinco Ranch, Greatwood and the Eagle Springs Developments, including Water Well Collection Lines, Sanitary Force Mains. Participated as member of the QA/QC Team, Internal Plan Review Team, Mentored E.I.T.'s, Designers and CAD team members. Assisted upper level management with administrative aspects including future personnel needs, identifying current team strengths and weaknesses, and offering new ways to further develop existing personnel. Attended numerous seminars in an effort to further develop personal career and professional development as well as to share with other members of the Land Development Services Design Team. Developed conceptual designs for large segments of Master Planned Developments as well as leading a design team for production of construction plans on intermediate sections of residential subdivisions with supporting Commercial, Multi-family, Schools, Major Thoroughfares and District Utility Facilities located throughout. Developed required supporting documents including Extreme Event Calculations, Storm Sewer Design databases, Contract Documents and Technical Specifications. Responsible for Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and Maps with N.O.I's and N.O.T's, prepared Cost Estimates, coordinated Public Advertisements, Pre-bid meetings and Bid Openings as well as attended these meetings. Software used included Ms Word, Excel, Eagle Point within Microstation v7 as well as Autocad's Land Development Desktop within Acad v2000, v2002 and Acad Map.

Effective combination of technical and communication skills, handled high-pressure situations in a professional and effective manner and used strong computer skills in daily activities. Compiled, analyzed and presented various aspects for feasibility studies, design reports, cost estimates for engineering proposals to developers and support drawings that could be used to get a head start on design drawings and documents. Showed ability to handle a wide variety of project size from master planning several hundred acres with no current utilities provided, dozens of lakes with a serious drainage plan and major boulevards required, to a twenty acre church site with an area designed for future expansion, as well as dealing with related projects such as sanitary lift stations and force mains, sewage treatment plant expansion, detention facilities for large areas phased and updated as necessary.
