Supported the franchise operations and activities by acting as the primary liaison between the regional field team and other Genentech Home Office groups. • First RPM to be hired to manage two regions • Assisted and provided support to Regional Sales Directors and Division Managers to carry out the vision of being the best in the country. Regions finished #1 & #3 for the 2018 awards year• Conducted regular field visits to help ensure appropriate use and clarity of marketing promotional programs and to help foster best practice sharing • Supported the Regional Sales Director in organizing, coordinating key strategies and tactics, and providing ongoing sales analysis that helps ensure the region maximizes key resources and drives sales • Acted as a liaison between brand marketing, field sales management, sales operations and field sales • Assured alignment between promotional initiatives and the brand plan at the regional level. • Accountable for targeted resource allocation, deployment and measurement of impact • Supported in the completion of various business analytics based on RSD/DM direction to guide resource allocation and promotional effectiveness metrics • Worked with Integrated Delivery Network team as a liaison to the field assisting with resource allocation and measuring the impact of initiatives against regional targets • Acted as a liaison between field sales management and sales operations / data acquisition to develop analytics around targeting, planning, performance, and execution. • Assists Regional Sales Director and divisional managers on regional/divisional meeting objectives, agenda, and workshop execution
