Finance Business Partner supporting Genentech Early Research & Development (gRED).

Leading and managing a major finance transformation initiative for Genentech RAMP, working closely with the global and local teams in order to meet all project deliverables. Responsible for transferring Month-End Close, Accounting, Reporting and Treasury Operations to internal Roche Service Solution Center.

Leading the transactional finance team in the Controller's group, which includes the responsibilities for US A/P Tax, A/P Liaison with RSS Costa Rica, Treasury Cash Operations and Payroll Accounting. Working on improving processes with the team and looking for efficiencies and potential transition of activities to Roche Service and Solutions. Intern Head of Capital Accounting (6 months)

Lead and implemented different initiatives with the aim of harmonization and process simplification in finance to reduce inefficiencies and provide better control and accuracy. Such as GR/IR and A/P Trade, AP Accounting, Employee Accounting and Treasury Operations optimizing tasks and reducing unnecessary work and processes. Lead a transformation project for T&E and Card Administration, transitioning responsibilities of processes at the same time of optimizing them to our Internal Roche Service Solution Center
