Full P&L responsibility for 14 locations in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Lead location directors to improve overall quality and patient satisfaction. Currently responsible for developing housekeeping duties, responsibilities and work schedules for new locations throughout the Mid Atlantic and Northeast areas of the United States.

Responsible for client retention, revenue and profits in a $100M revenue region, leading 5 district managers and 80 local managers. Services provided include, food service, houskeeping, laundry, plant and clinical engineering.

Responsible for a Northeast and Commercial division, including national sales team, of Orkin Pest Control encompassing 150 locations in US and Canada. Held full P&L responsibility for $100M+ in revenue and 20+M in profits with over 1500 staff and 500 fleet vehicles.Directed corporate administrative departments consisting of Accounting, Planning, Policy and Procedures, Marketing, Government Relations, Human Resources and Quality and Training. Held full P&L responsibility for $50M budget and 150 employees.Led a group of credit personnel responsible for approving the finance activity of Orkin Pest Control and collecting on those accounts. Held full P&L responsibility for $13M and 100 employees.
