Vice President, Colleague Experience
Current- Shape the people plan and learning strategy agenda across our US operations footprint to ensure the group is attracting top talent, developing colleagues and retaining the very best through engagement, succession planning and a clear diversity agenda. - Direct the performance management lifecycle amongst managers and leaders with implementing tools and resources on goal, setting, on-going performance conversations and year-end reviews. - Leverage technology systems and tools to create a HRIS ecosystem that empower managers and people to engage, develop and collaborate throughout the employee lifecycle.- Track key people metrics such as attrition, internal mobility, promotion, recognition, etc. to report on the health and climate of our site locations. - Create the onboarding experience for colleagues new to the organization.- Lead the leadership and talent management strategy to identify highpotential colleagues, develop leaders of the future and have succession planning and career mobility opportunities. - Create a growing diversity and inclusion colleague strategy that includes nearly 10 different networks that help colleagues to align on personal and professional interests that they identify with. - Partner with business leaders to create job families, identify skill competencies and career maps with learning opportunities across different business units. - Manage a team of trainers, instructional designers, LMS administrators and engagement specialists to execute on strategy plans and ensure business stakeholders are fully supported in people-focused initiatives.
