Overall responsibility were cultivating business relationships with retailers and other Husqvarna clients that facilitate business partner’s growth, optimal performance, and success.Executed a successful selling strategy to both expand existing customer purchase programs and create profitable new business opportunities within the territory.Secure and develop new dealers that meet sales and market-share goals for the territory as well as plan, enhance, and measure the performance of assigned dealers, and service dealer base by being in front of the customers to present products and programs on a daily basis.Led and performed formal presentations and training sessions with customer groups to demonstrate products to various audiences of buyer and sellers such as distributor executives, committees and boards; distributor sales and repair teams; and end consumers.

Lead sales and new business development for the organization, a telecommunications, and data services provider, and successfully secured the following projects by prospecting, closing and project managing for major clients.Create and manage service teams to install low voltage cabling and telecom and data equipment including: business phone systems; security cameras; access control systems; computer network integration; and audio visual projection centers.Develop relationships and serve as point of contact for key decision makers for the equipment manufacturers and for contract service providers; intentionally and consistently work to create a collaborative dynamic and friendly rapport in these relationships to ensure the best outcomes in purchasing, product delivery and timeliness of service delivery.Lead weekly executive and staff meetings to ensure all projects were on target per client specifications, project plans and deadlines. Determine and implement all adjustments to resource allocations to maintain the profitability of each project.

Dominated a fourteen-county Territory on the West Coast of Florida and was the number one producer for WESCO from July 2003 until March of 2007. Nominated for Rookie of the Year for 2004 and 2005, and in 2005 was the only Territory Manager in the nation representing Toro to have three consecutive million-dollar-plus months for the Toro Consumer Division.Conducted business plan development, product sales and incentive programs development, product training sessions to retailer’s sales and service professionals as a value added service to improve the retailers’ sales of the Toro product line.Worked with retailers to set-up, clean, price, sign and merchandise equipment, accessories and parts for improved sales. Assisted retailers with service programs, parts availability, equipment demo's, in-store warranty policy, etc.Built new relationships within key accounts and worked with them to develop programs to target dealer needs specifically with current market opportunities and trends.
