Helped partners see who Cru is and find the best place for each one to make the tangible impact they desire.-Qualified a network of 53 current, lapsed and potential major donors utilizing MOVES management to accomplish philanthropic and organizational goals-Solicited gifts of $5,000-$25,000 from major partners of Cru-Expanded major donor network by 19% by implementing innovative local and international engagement strategies with local executives and development professionals -Generated new partnerships through cold-calling 100+ potential mid- and major-level donors to recruit them to local and national donor events-Recruited and supervised 20+ table hosts per event for multiple benefit dinners-Designed and implemented new partner engagement strategy events in international context-Maintained detailed client communication records plan through utilization of a CRM
