Created necessary access paths and standard functions including, PRTFIL, PRTOBJ, DSPFIL, & DSPRCD. Programmed all required business logic in the action diagrams. Set up all parameters required. Designed display and report devices for screens and reports. Created function fields, added conditions, and user messages. Daily duties included maintaining and managing the International Batch Process, error handling, Ad-hoc Reporting, and Customer Support. Support CMMI compliance Level II.
