William Freitag is the founder and Managing Partner of wikifri. Wikifri focuses on the power of connection. Wikifri bring Insurtechs, Insurance companies and Investment groups together to bring innovation to the insurance industry. Mr. Freitag was chief executive officer and managing partner of Agile Technologies. He founded the company in 1997 to meet companies’ increasingly complex business processing and information technology requirements. This business was successfully sold to Majesco in 2015 as a strategic acquisition. Mr. Freitag was an Executive Vice President and officer of Majesco during his three year earn out.Prior to founding Agile, Mr. Freitag played a key role in the divestiture of Crum & Foster from Xerox Corporation, managing the restructuring of a $70 million IT services corporation specializing in commercial property and casualty insurance. In that position, he increased corporate earnings from an $11 million loss to a $4 million profit, customer satisfaction from 36 to 84 percent and employee satisfaction from 35 to 82 percent. Mr. Freitag also served as director of enterprise consulting for a $300 million professional services firm with 4,000 professionals in seven countries. His 20 years of experience spans multiple industries, including insurance, financial services, pharmaceuticals and the public sector. He began his career as a systems engineer for RCA.Mr. Freitag has a B.S. in Mathematics from Fairfield University and attended the Executive Education program at Harvard Business School.
