Bill developed a strong business acumen while being promoted to corporate executive financial posts at two Fortune 300 manufacturers, during ten years with each; seven additional years in corporate management procurement at three major international airlines; and during the last twenty+ years as a business and executive improvement coach, promoting his unique and innovative concept of 'Successful Business Awareness'© into the workplace. As an integral part of this 'awareness' concept, he created and developed 'panorizontal communication' as the ideal catalyst to use to establish a positive and contributory interaction among top executives, their staff, middle management, and rank-and-file employees.
