His contributions have spanned various stages of project development, ensured successful outcomes and delivered significant financial impact. These projects range from standalone dispositions, sale leasebacks, build to suit acquisitions and colocation leases ranging from 10kW to 100+MW's. He has led national evaluations of this scope for companies such as: Bloomberg, Bank of America, Nasdaq, Quest Diagnostics and JPMC in recent years.
