Billie Wright is the principal owner of Wright Consulting Services. Billie holds her bachelors’ degree in Human Resource Management and her masters’ degree in Management and Leadership. Billie is an experienced full-scope human resource professional who is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and is also a certified professional in human resources (PHR) through the HR Certification Institute.Billie has worked in the human resources field for 20 years and has a successful track record in improving human resources processes. Billie spent much of her career working in the private sector and municipal government, but she also has human resource experience working in a unionized state government environment. While working in state government, Billie received a 2016 Public Service Recognition Week Leadership Award. It was also during her time working in state government that she became involved with organizational culture and how it impacts employee engagement. Billie specializes in helping organizations leverage diversity, inclusion and engagement by introducing respect as the foundation for creating and sustaining a culture that produces a highly engaged workforce. Billie is a Master Certified Engagement Curriculum Facilitator, nationally certified Crucial Conversations® instructor and also certified by Human Synergistics International® in a 360 leadership and management assessment tool that measures the impact of leaders and managers on organizational performance. Not only is Billie a skilled facilitator, she also brings experience in in coaching, team building, strategy development, training and development, policy design and conflict resolution.
