At KCI I am responsible for processing client data and preparing it for production. I am tasked with consistently hitting deadlines both internally and externally. I am responsible for documenting processes using Github wiki pages and ensuring internal processes are as streamlined as possible.

My responsibilities include training employees in different departments to excel in their positions. The trainings I have delivered include large groups of 50+, small groups, and one on one instruction. Topics of training include customer service, soft skills, and sales as well as job specific training for tellers, member service representatives, and loan officers as well as all other mortgage support positions.A vast majority of my time has spent training employees on job related software including: Episys Quest, MortgageFlex, and many more systems.I am a DiSC Certified trainer and have designed and implemented numerous trainings. I have built and developed strategic partnerships throughout the organization which allow me to utilize every tool at my disposal to ensure all employees and members are treated to the highest possible level of customer service.

I worked as a teller at LMCU and helped our members with day to day account transactions. I was responsible for displaying excellent member service while offering products and services that would most benefit our members.

My responsibilites include marketing both new and used vehicles while provided excellent customer service and selling 15+ vehicles per month.
