Owned pre and post silicon qualification of all products from a start-up business unit within Intel with ownership for IOT devices, Wearable devices and AI inference devices. Worked with the Quality assurance board to define market segment requirements, goals and use conditions for reliability and took 17 products to qualification.• Qualified 17 products over a 5 year window on both Internal and external silicon processes through direct ownership for pre and post silicon qualification. 15 of these products were qualified on first stepping of silicon through extensive engagement with the design, Test and Software teams in pre-production timeframe. All 17 products qualified on or ahead of schedule. • Owned the end-to-end product qualification process for 14 of these products through external quality and reliability partners, managing scope of work and requirements definition, contract negotiation, hardware design, review and sign-off.• Took ownership for root cause identification on 2 products where issues were discovered during qualification reliability assessments, ultimately presenting fixes for the issues to the design team leading to minor stepping changes and taking the product to qualification with limited production releases while the issues were permanently fixed.• Worked through the Internet of Things quality assurance board to define and ratify a set of reliability and quality goals and use conditions for wearable products, both wrist and Head worn devices.
