The unique segments included: 400 miles of right of way, passenger rail coaches, locomotives, ferry boats, rail stations, and all ferry terminals.• Design and develop, an implementation plan to provide a fiber infrastructure and a communications tower infrastructure to support the Wi Fi service through all rights of way and all water ways for the MBTA Commuter Rail and ferry System.Design and develop, an implementation plan for a fiber ring “hub” control infrastructure to provide management services for the entire system. Develop back-haul capability for all data to primary and secondary data centers to automate monitoring and management of the entire infrastructure.
