I'm excited to be involved in a new project these past few months. We've created the book that should have been the box, "A Simple Guide to iPhone and iPad"I've found a way to harness what I have learned after 20 years in Apple educational and retail sales management and help people to get more use from their rather expensive devices.Already in our second.

Tasked with building a sales force for 10 new retail locations, I oversaw all aspects of the daily business. This included traveling to all locations frequently for hiring and training events, store visits, and local promotional opportunities.Working closely with Accounting, Purchasing and Inventory leaders, I was able to achieve and maintain productivity.

Took on a side project with a friend and was part of the sales and marketing of New Barista.NewBarista offers Online Barista Training and Live Barista Skills Training for the coffee industry.
