Dallas/Fort Worth Area

I began working for Ross in the Loss Prevention department and promoted up to Area Supervisor 8 months later. My department was the apparel of a $13 million+ store. One of the busiest locations in DFW. My participation showed an increase in shortage culture, a command presence in the Loss Prevention department, associate recognition and satisfaction and a welcoming training atmosphere. Delegation and time management was must 24/7. Displays, racks, floor space was constantly moved and organized on a daily basis.

Provo, Utah Area

I began working with Pizza Hut as a cook when I was a Jr. in high school. I promoted to a Shift Lead position in 2012. It was the beginning of my management experience. I was taught delegation, time management, scheduling, customer satisfaction, etc. I promoted to Assistant Manager in January 2015 where I learned turnover, profit and loss statements, interviews and training, inspections, etc. May of 2015 I was promoted to Restaurant General Manager and work in two different locations over the course of one year. In my transition between the two stores I was asked to help manage both locations for about two weeks until a replacement was found. By the time I was at my second location my turnover rates improved along with my customer service scores. The store had 5 surveys turned in a week and it increased to 25 a week. My second location was awarded for the Highest overall sales growth for the year of 2015.
