Within my current position I undertake a variety of responsibilities; including taking responsibility for the repair and refurbishment of a wide range of mobile phones, varying from basic devices to more technical devices such as current smartphones. This requires awareness of both reliability and attention to detail at all times. As part of this process I am responsible for maintaining stock and parts inventory. From time to time technical issues arise with the devices, in which I look after returns that are sent back from customers; I then report this back to the relevant departments in order for this to be resolved. In addition to this my role involves checking in and dispatching goods; it is imperative that this is done accurately and when dealing with customer orders that a high level of customer service is presented to result in customer satisfaction and repeat business. These tasks are also supported through the daily testing of devices, reporting the testing of phones and most importantly the data clearance and striving for client confidentiality. I have to use a variety of softwares in my role for unlocking, re-flashing, de-branding and removing I.T. Policies off the handsets, such as chimera, JLcmndr and BlackBerry desktop software, I also use different software for data clearing handsets and sd cards such as Pervacio and CC Cleaner. I have also taken on the opportunity of training apprentices and new employees sharing the knowledge that I have learnt.
