As a leader of resourcing delivery across the Scottish Government, my team works collaboratively and inclusively to engage, attract and hire the best talent to serve the people of Scotland.In my role as Head of Resourcing, I am responsible for a talented in-house resourcing team who are on the front-line of attracting a wide range of people into roles across the full Scottish Government landscape.I am responsible for the full range of resourcing services and for championing the candidate experience in everything that we do. I lead and empower a team of Senior Resourcing Leads, Team Leads and Recruiters who manage the full lifecycle from advising/agreeing sourcing strategies; advising on selection strategies; overseeing candidate on-boarding activities.In addition, I retain a strong interest in the ongoing development of our resourcing technologies and processes so that we continually identify (and act upon) opportunities to simplify and automate our candidate and hiring manager experiences.
