In my role at Travelife for Accommodation, I manage a team of three, overseeing the end-to-end certification process for accommodations globally. My responsibilities include:Managing the certification process: Ensuring that properties meet Travelife's sustainability standards, from initial guidance through to certification.Working with hotel chains via ChainConnect: Supporting large, multi-national hotel chains through our bespoke ChainConnect service, helping them implement sustainable practices across their properties.Developing new tools: Assisting in the development of resources, including our emissions calculator, to help accommodations track their carbon emissions and reduce their impact.Advancing certification requirements: Collaborating on the ongoing development and advancement of Travelife's certification criteria to reflect best practices in sustainable tourism.
