This includes lunch and learns for Key Engineering companies, key presentations to water districts, training of end-user technical staff. I also attend key trade shows where I present key technical presentations to help those in attendance better understand the specific technologies used by our instruments to give the key measurements throughout the customers system. Periodically I will also troubleshoot and resolving issues in the field of our existing products that have been deployed.Past experience includes, Product Marketing Manager-Level Products, Project Management, Engineering & Customer Support Management, Technical Support Management and Field Service.Specialties: Industrial Instrumentation utilizing, Ultrasonic, Microwave (Radar), Capacitance and Point Level technologies specifically in level measurement. Flow Measurement technologies, Pressure, Temperature and Valve Positioners. I also have experience with Wireless Technology including Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum Technology, Wireless HART and Proprietary Wireless Protocols.I enjoy learning and teaching and supporting our customers in all aspects of their needs to automate their facilities. The customer is my number one focus and getting them the solution, support and ensuring they are taken care of is my number one priority.
