Partner attracts world-class scientists and engineers who are drawn to our open, collaborative culture in which one success often leads to another.• Responsible for national full-cycle recruiting of multi-level positions in engineering, technology, operations, construction, administration, and management and in the Real Estate Due Diligence industry•Support nationwide full life-cycle recruitment of talent, from identifying talent, conducting phone / in-person interviews, facilitating hiring team interviews, and onboarding.•Manage administrative tasks related to recruiting and hiring, including opening and routing requisitions, coordinating/scheduling interviews, processing background checks, onboarding paperwork, etc.•Educate and sell candidates on the opportunity and Partner as an employer of choice.Continually document all candidate conversations with detailed information regarding their candidacy in Applicant Tracking System (UltiPro).• Track recruitment metrics to benchmark cost and efficiency; provide recommendations for improved ROI to CFO, COO, and CEO•Ensure compliance with applicable federal employment laws.•Manage 20 - 30 open positions on average.
