Engineering Recruiter
Current- Partner, a national firm offering full-service engineering, environmental, and energy consulting and design services uses a multidisciplinary approach that allows us to serve clients at all stages from initial due.
- Responsible for national full-cycle recruiting of multi-level positions in engineering, technology, operations, construction, administration, and management and in the Real Estate Due Diligence industry
- Support nationwide full life-cycle recruitment of talent, from identifying talent, conducting phone / in-person interviews, facilitating hiring team interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage administrative tasks related to recruiting and hiring, including opening and routing requisitions, coordinating/scheduling interviews, processing background checks, onboarding paperwork, etc.
- Educate and sell candidates on the opportunity and Partner as an employer of choice.Continually document all candidate conversations with detailed information regarding their candidacy in Applicant Tracking System.
- Track recruitment metrics to benchmark cost and efficiency; provide recommendations for improved ROI to CFO, COO, and CEO
