- Managed the operations for Crank Shaft Cell and Con Rod Cell.- Leveraged Theory of Constraints to streamline material flow in Gear Cell.- Was part of the New Product Launch teams – Saffire and Pulsar and was responsible for multiple tasks spanning across vendor co-ordination, in-house component manufacturing, equipment setup and final assembly. - Drove improvements in headcount utilization/reduction, implementation of TPM, Just-In-Time.
