Managed the flagship business of Enterprise sales of Canon India in Hyderabad with a team of Business Manager and 10 frontline sales team members. Shown growth in business in the difficult time of covid. Ensured minimal attrition and great customer/ team satisfaction.

Managing a team of 6 senior frontline salesperson (major/key account managers) who in turn managed the largest customers of Canon India in Bangalore. Breakthrough in very large customers in Automobile / Manufacturing / BFSI / Pharma / Logistics / Engineering verticals. Responsible for hiring, training, induction, contract negotiations, closure of deals, execution, collections.

Managing a team of 7 frontline salesperson (SMB Business) who in turn manages a portfolio of 1500 existing and new clients of Canon. Involvement in hiring, training, induction, contract negotiations, closure of deals, execution, collections.

Responsible for handling large enterprise customers of Canon from manufacturing, automobile, pharma, BFSI, IT Industry. Always delivered >100% results, month on month for 15 months in the profile before moving to people management role.

Handled large SMB clients in Bangalore region. Created very large customers for Canon India during this tenure which has been giving business to Canon till date and got converted to Key accounts. Achieved good results in spite of global recession.

Joined Canon India and handled 250 SMB clients of Canon India in Bangalore region. Achieved sales target consistently in the very first year and got promoted to next role.
