Conduct complex quantitative analyses to assess the financial and case-mix impact of managed care contracts, proposals, and programs network-wide, drawing upon hospital cost accounting system and other internal/external databases.

Analyzed and examined health, environmental, and land use regulations as well as finance and tax policies to identify regulatory, fiscal, and consumer demand tools with the potential to phase out perchloroethylene use. Assessed economic impact and conduct cost benefit analysis to converting to alternative cleaning technologies. Reviewed comparative models adopted in other cities, states, and countries.
