Coaching will help you become clear on what it is that you want to ask for or work towards.Corporate CareerIn my former corporate work, I focussed on creating products and processes that cater to the needs of all stakeholders. Delivering success requires listening, getting to know and respecting each stakeholder’s views, motivations and challenges. It also involves identifying and addressing issues that have not been identified by the stakeholders themselves. Ultimately, it is about creating a solution that maximises delivery while minimising change related resistance.Taking the views of different stakeholders and using non-sector specific language enabled me to moderate across geographies, cultures, and between teams with different subject-matter experts. It allowed me to look beyond the differences in linguistic concepts and identify the common denominators that bring people together, reduce misunderstanding and conflict, and allow different teams and people to move forward in collaboration.
