When I first started with NCAL, I was first assigned to handle the assembly department. I started building and troubleshooting computers at age 6. NCAL trusted me in handling all hardware related services and troubleshooting. I was in charge of the assembly line which consisted of building anywhere from 50-250 computers per week.Later on I was promoted to the customer service department considering my people skills. I love to communicate with customers and connect on a more personal level. I am very good at making any unhappy customer leave satisfied with the support they received after the situation or problem had occurred.Lastly, I was also given the duty to handle all computer networking onsite support calls. With over 10 years of computer networking experience at the time, and a handful of certifications from Cisco & Microsoft, I was more than qualified to handle all of NCAL's onsite services.
